How big (how many bytes) is the file you are trying to upload? If could be that your file is too big. Email me the file I will take a look.

That should take seconds, so I'm wondering if the error message is actually a default error that the server kicks out if an upload time-out occurs. I wonder if the upload speed is just too slow on my dial-up connection, and maybe the server eventually times out the process and then inappropriately defaults to the 'no file selected' message?
